Former Mamelodi Sundowns middlefielder Bongani Zungu heads to Turkey, as Kaizer Chiefs and Wydad Athletic Club links continue.
Zungu was among the first five players to leave Sundowns at the end of the 2023-2024 season, with others being Gaston Sirino, Brian Mandela Onyango, Thabiso Kutumela, and Junior Mendieta.

Former Scottish giants, Glasgow Rangers middlefielder, flew to Instabul, Turkey yesterday, brewing up speculations linking him to a move to Amakhosi.
The 32-year-old has been linked with a move to the Naturena-based club, Chiefs by South African publications like Soccer Laduma, but the club’s Sporting Director, Kaizer Motaung Jnr denied the allegations and stated that the club has no interest in signing the player.
However, his former head coach Rulani Mokwena is about to lead his new club, Wydad Athletic Club, to pre-season in Antalya in Turkey, where they will be based at Emirhan Sport Complex.
