Kaizer Chiefs allegedly tables an offer of around R5 million for the services of Premier Soccer League(PSL) star.
Towards the end of the 2023-2024 season, Chiefs identified some of the players they will look to bring upon the approval of the new head coach.

One of the players said to have been identified as a possible target is Sekhukhune United star winger Elias Mokwana, whom the club’s new technical team under Nasreddine Nabi is said to have given the club green light to chase the player.
The club is said to have made contact with Babina Noko over the possibility of signing the South African international and have also submitted a bit, according to Supersport TV analyst Karabo Phasha.
“Kaizer Chiefs have made their intentions clear to Sekhukhune United for winger Elias Mokwana. Understand an offer has also been submitted, crucial few days ahead,” Karabo Phasha stated on X.
Meanwhile, our source close to Sekhukhune United believes the offer is around the R5 million mark, and the Limpopo-based club is close to accepting it.
“Indeed, Sekhukhune has received the inquiry and offer of around R5 million for Mokwana, and they are considering accepting it, as the player is interested in making a big move this transfer window,” the source said.

Amakhosi could face challenges for Mokwana, as in the recent past, clubs like Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns have shown interest in his services.
