Rulani Mokwena is close to landing a club less than a week after parting ways Mamelodi Sundowns.
Mokwena mutually parted ways with the Brazilians last week after having a fallout with the club’s hierarchy led by Sporting Director Flemming Berg.

A few hours after his departure from Chloorkop, North African clubs, AS FUS Rabat, and Wydad Casablanca showed interest in the 37-year-old tactician.
Both Morrocan clubs are without coaches after losing their respective head coaches during the 2023-2024 season, with Rabat losing Nasreddine Nabi to Chiefs.
However, Wydad appears close to landing Mokwena’s signature after the club’s fans demand that the club go against signing Tunisian coach Nabil Maà loul and go for Mokwena.
