Orlando Pirates captain completes a coaching license ahead of the 2024-2025 season.
Over the years, a number of players that have transitioned from playing to coaching have increased, with players starting to learn about coaching while still playing.

Something that Pirates Dstv Diski Challenge captain Kgwadi Molepo has indulged into at the tender age of 22.
According to Supersport TV analyst Karabo Phasha, the youngster has completed a CAF D License, which allows him to coach players between the ages of 6 and 12.
“Kgwadi Molepo has completed his CAF D License Coaching Course. The Pirates DDC Captain is 22,” Phasha said.
The youngster also holds a degree in urban and regional planning from the University of the Witwatersrand, which he completed in 2023.
“Molepo also completed his Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Wits last year,” Phasha concluded.
Despite the good run in Pirates’ reserve team, the youngster is yet to feature for the club’s first team, and there are no talks of promotions to the first team.

Meanwhile, the club continues with squad overhaul that has seen the likes of Richard Ofori, Thabang Monare, Kermit Erasmus, and Vincent Pule shown the exit doors at the club.
