“I spent too much on Kaizer Chiefs. The season that I spent too much on Kaizer Chiefs was that season when I was excited after Mangethe(Arthur Zwane) was given five seasons,” Man B said on AmaFans Wethu TV.
“I spent too much because I had hope that things were going to be okay, because when he was hired, we were hopeful that is the club’s own and he knows how the club works.
“He was given a chance to coach the development, and he went on to promote the development players, and I thought things were going to be okay.
“On Kaizer Chiefs with clothing only, you see in a year when I add everything, I spend plus or minus 70 to 75(R70 000 to R75 000),” he added.

He also touched on how he spent during the 2019 Nedbank Cup final where Chiefs lost 1-0 to the then second division side TS Galaxy.
“I remember when we lost at Durban by TS Galaxy in the final of the Nedbank Cup, where I booked (a hot) for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday because I was travelling back on Wednesday.
“Check how much Garden Court(Hotel) is per day. It’s around 1.7(R1 700) a day, and I have booked seven days.
“By that time, we have bought a meat of around R7 000, knowing that obviously Chiefs will win the Nedbank Cup, we won’t mess around with TS Galaxy we will win.
“The money I spent that weekend was over 10k(R10 000) close to 15k(R15 000), not mentioning food or entertaining myself but just accommodation and flights,” Man B added.
