Mamelodi Sundowns is said to be looking at the possibility of signing former Kaizer Chiefs star ahead of the 2024-2025 league season.
With Njabulo Blom’s contract with the Major Soccer League side, St Louis City FC coming to an end at the end of December this year, the Brazilians are said to be closely monitoring the situation and hopeful of adding him to their star studded side.

Intel reaching The CoverUp is that Sundowns is contemplating sending an official offer for the South African international before the current transfer window closes later next month.
However, St Louis has an option to extend Blom’s stay at the club for a further two years, which will see his contract end at the of December 2026.
The MLS side is likely to take the option as the 24-year-old defensive middlefielder is one of the club’s best players, having played 46 matches since joining from Chiefs back in December 2023.

Meanwhile, the player will look to return to his club’s playing squad after serving a one match suspension for misconduct handed to him by the club’s interim head coach, John Hackworth.
