Mamelodi Sundowns is set to sign a European based star ahead of next season, as the club continues to build their squad.
In the last week, the Brazilians have seen up to four players leaving the club, as Gaston Sirino, Brian Mandela Onyango, Bongani Zungu, and Thabiso Kutumela were shown the exit doors.

The departure of these four players has opened the doors for the club to head into the market and add more players to their star-studded squad that has won the league seven times in a row.
One of the players that the club is set to bring in is Portugal-based South African international Kobamelo Kodisang, who plies his trade for Moreirense in the top division of Portuguese football.
Sundowns is said to have agreed on the financial part of the deal and the 24-year-old is expected to have his medical tests at the club in the next coming days and complete his return to South Africa after six years.
Mendieta will also be joined by the club’s head coach, Rulani Mokwena, in leaving the club, as the tactician is expected to leave Chloorkop a year into his four year contract alongside his assistant Michael Loftman and performance analyst Dayle Solomon.
