2024 MTN8 semifinal first leg clash between Cape Town City FC and Orlando Pirates in Cape Town is postponed.

The clash, which was expected to take place later today, has been postponed due to bad weather in the Mother City.

The two sides were expected to play today at 7 pm. at the DHL Stadium in Cape Town, but due to the bad weather in the city, the fixture is expected to be postponed.
One of the leading publications in the country, UnplayableZA, reports that the match is expected to be postponed to tomorrow at 6 pm South African time.
“Cape Town City vs Orlando Pirates match set to be postponed to tomorrow 6PM, because of bad weather conditions in Cape Town,” Unplayable stated on X.

Meanwhile, Mamelodi Sundowns is set to play Stellenbosch FC in the other MTN8 semifinal at the iconic Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville.
The match will kick off at 7 pm and will be aired on SuperSport PSL and SABC Sport.
