Seven Orlando Pirates players are linked with a possible exit from the club before the closing of the transfer window on the 20th of September.
According to Soccer Laduma, Sphamandla Gumede, Sandile Mthethwa, Bandile Shandu, Siphelo Baloni, Azola Tshobeni, Goodman Mosele, and Katlego Otladisa are linked with a possible exit from the club.

The publication reports that the club wants to cut down their squad to around 30 players from the 40-plus players the squad has at the moment.
“They want to cut down the squad to a sizeable one at least between 30 and 32 players, and now the team has over 40 players,” the publication stated.
“That’s why they are looking at letting some of these players leave.
“At the moment those seven I have told you about are the ones on the list.
“Some of them could be loaned out while those who could be sold will be sold. That’s the situation right now.”
