Experienced Orlando Pirates middlefielder Deon Hotto is open to fixing issues with Mamelodi Sundowns star attacker Thembinkosi Lorch.
Hotto expressed how his relationship with Lorch was sour during the latter’s time at the club during the latest edition of Bucs camp, which aired on Supersport TV and also on the club’s YouTube channel.

The four part series that focused on the 2023-2024 season revealed the hostile relationship the duo had, which ultimately led to Lorch joining Sundowns.
Bandile Shandu and Paseka Mako were also part of the discussion of why the duo were not seeing eye to eye despite being the club’s best players.
“There’s no relationship, he’s not here anymore, and actually I had to settle this with him but it was about time the league was finishing, I went to the national team for AFCON and while I was on the other side, I heard he was leaving,” Hotto said.
“So we haven’t actually met or sat down just to (talk things out), most definitely (I would want to sort things out), I will.”
Hotto is set to continue to play a vital role at the club this season, as his versatility has seen him almost undroppable ever since joining the club from now-defunct Bidvest Wits.

Meanwhile, Lorch is facing uncertain times at Sundowns after he was left in South Africa when the club travelled to Austria for pre-season due to an injury.
He is expected to struggle for game time next season, as Manqoba Mngqithi led technical staff seems to prefer younger players out wide.
