Wydad Athletic Club head coach Rulani Mokwena leaves the door open for a possible transfer of Bongani Zungu.

Zungu is currently in Turkey for holidays with his girlfriend, Cindy Mahlangu(a South African actress), but his trip to Europe stirrep up rumours of his next club.

With one of the clubs linked with him, Kaizer Chiefs in Turkey for pre-season, talks around the country were heavily linking him with a move to Naturena.
However, Chiefs Sporting Director Kaizer Motaung Jr. quickly dismissed the rumours linking Zungu with the club, leaving Wydad, as they are also set to travel to Turkey for pre-season.
During an interview with the Game On show on Radio 2000, Mokwena was asked about the transfer links linking Zungu with Wydad, and he left the door open for the middlefielder.
“I love Bongs… Bongs knows me, I know him. It’s easier when you know the coach. The player knows you. There is a possibility (of a Wydad move).
“He knows if he doesn’t find anything, he knows my number, and he can always contact me,” Mokwena said, talking to Radio 2000 on Game On show.

Meanwhile, Mokwena’s former assistant at Sundowns, Michael Loftman, has decided to turn down an offer to join the 37-year-old’s technical team in Casablanca.
This comes after the English man decided to take a break from football after what happened at Chloorkop.
