Yadah FC star, Khama Billiat is currently at risk of losing his house in Gauteng.

Billiat is facing legal action by a creditor who alleges that he has failed to keep up with the payment of the bond agreement according to City Press.
Emerging Markets Home Loans, the financial institution involved, recently applied for an eviction order against five occupants residing in the house.
These occupants have been living there since Billiat’s departure to join Zimbabwean outfit Yadah.

Despite the impending auction scheduled for June, the occupants continue to reside unlawfully on the premises.
Jillian Pedro, the attorney representing Emerging Markets, confirmed the eviction order.
However, she remained tight-lipped about the ongoing legal process, stating, “I am the attorney of record in the matter. It’s still an ongoing process, therefore, I cannot say much about it.”
The Midlands property, valued at R1.7 million, has become a point of contention due to Billiat’s alleged failure to make monthly installments.
Consequently, the finance service provider has decided to auction the house in an attempt to recoup the outstanding loan.
