Young Africans SC Media Relations Manager, Haji Manara takes a swipe at Kaizer Chiefs ahead of the club’s Wiki ya Mwanachi Festival.
The former Simba SC Media Relations Manager spoke to the media ahead of this year’s Mwanachi Festival clash against Zambian giants Red Arrows at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.

The outspoken Manara took an opportunity to take a swipe at Amakhosi after 4-0 victory for Yanga in the Toyota Cup this past weekend, stating that the Chiefs was lucky to have not been beaten by eight goals.
“We have set the standard already; Kaizer Chiefs will not even dream about playing us. In fact, they will not invite Yanga SC again,” Manara stated.
“I believe if we could have taken all the chances, then we could have won by eight goals. The standards have been set by the management, and now the fans should fill stadiums.”

Meanwhile, the Naturena-based club announced the signing of their third and fourth signing of the current transfer window market, with former Mamelodi Sundowns star attacker Gaston Sirino and Orlando Pirates left fullback Bongani Sam joining the Naturena-based club on a free transfer and undisclosed fee respectively.
