Ayman Makroud is linked with a possible move to the Gulf region a few hours after making a Kaizer Chiefs u-turn.
Ayman was among the four men who were supposed to be part of Chiefs new technical team under the tactician head coach Nasreddine Nabi.

However, Makroud decided against joining Amakhosi, leaving Nabi with a technical made-up of Fernando Da Cruz(first assistant coach), Khalil Ben Youssef(second assistant coach), Ilyes Mzoughi (goalkeeper coach), and Majdi Safi (strength and condition coach).
He sent a message to Chiefs supporters, letting them know that he would not be joining the club despite their warm and heartfelt messages.
“Dear Kaizer Chiefs supporters, I deeply appreciate your warm messages. However, I regret to inform you that I will not be joining the club as planned. I have decided to pursue other project, which I will announce soon,” Makroud said.
Before he went on to thank them for understanding and their support.
“Thank you for understanding and your support,” he concluded.
However, Makroud’s project that he is pursuing after rejecting Chiefs could lead him to Gulf region according to Unplayable.
Unplayable revealed that the analyst is wanted man in UAE, as his countryman Hussein Ammouta is looking to add him to his team after being appointed Al Jazira head coach.
“Al Jazira has appointed Hussein Ammouta, who’s from here in Morocco, and he wants Makroud to join him at Al jazira,” says Unplayable source in Morocco.

Meanwhile, FUS Rabat who are targeting Chiefs first assistant coach Fernando Da Cruz and Wydad Casablanca who are set to announce Rulani Mokwena as the club’s next head coach are also looking at bringing Makroud to their respective clubs.
