Former Chiefs player Lifa Gqosha told KickOff that the South African clubs are in a secret mission to destroy the club’s reputation due to the success it had over the years.
He underlined the move of Elias Mokwana from Sekhukhune United to Esperance de Tunis, as one of the examples of the local clubs going against Chiefs.
“We find ourselves in a very difficult situation where where local clubs are not willing to work with their fellow local club,” Gqosha told KickOff.
“It’s an unfortunate where all local teams work against you. Just imagine hearing stories like Elias Mokwana joining (the) Tunisian team for less than what Kaizer Chiefs had offered Sekhukhune United.
“This is very disturbing and very bad. Our players should be leaving our league for Europe, not another African league.
“It seems teams are now even prepared to send their players to any league outside South Africa just to avoid selling to Chiefs, and it’s not right.”
The club has already added four players ahead of the new signing after signing Fiacre Ntwari from TS Galaxy, Rushwin Dortley from Cape Town Spurs, Bongani Sam from Orlando Pirates, and Gaston Sirino on a free transfer after he parted ways with Mamelodi Sundowns.

This is hogwash and there is nothing to team up against chiefs which is finished by the way
