Orlando Pirates is understood to have made a decision on the future of veteran utility player Deon Hotto.

Hotto’s contract at the club is set to expire at the end of the month, which has opened up speculations about his career at the club.
The Namibian international was linked with a move to join his former head coach Jose Riveiro at Al Ahly SC in Egypt, before the Spaniard tactician revealed that he has no intention of signing any player from the Buccaneers.
Despite the speculations about his career at the club, it has been revealed that the 34-year-old’s representatives are in talks with the club’s hierarchy over a new deal.
The club is said to have offered the player a two-year extension(one year with an option for a further year) while the player is looking for a three-year deal(two years straight with an option for a further year).
The talks are said to be at an advanced stage, and the two parties are expected to reach an agreement for a new deal before his current deal ends at the end of this month.
