Orlando Pirates head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou reacts to his side’s 2-1 defeat to Marumo Gallants in Bloemfontein on Tuesday evening.

Despite starting the match on the front foot and taking the lead in the 13th minute through Patrick Maswanganyi, Pirates lost the match.
Goals from Daniel Msendami and Jaisen Clifford handed the hosts a comeback 2-1 victory to the disappointment of the Pirates coach who lamented missed opportunities.
“Of course, it’s not the result we expected. We came here with a lot of ambition to take the three points we lost at home,” Ouaddou tells SuperSport TV.
“Like I said, when you don’t score, you gave the opportunity to finish you, so it’s a big disappointing that we start very bad, and we’ll sit and think about that.”
The Morrocan tactician will not have long to try and turn the corner, as the Buccaneers welcome arch-rivals, Mamelodi Sundowns at Orlando Stadium this upcoming Saturday.
The first leg of the MTN8 semifinal will be played in front of a sold-out crowd, and Ouaddou will look to return to winning ways after back-to-back defeat.
