Unhappy Happy Mashiane is reportedly seeking a way out of Kaizer Chiefs after failing to secure regular playing time at the club.
The 25-year-old winger was promoted to the first team in 2019 from the club’s development, but has not been able to impress the coaches enough to earn a starting spot.
Unhappy Happy: Struggling For Game Time
Mashiane has made only one appearance in all competitions for Chiefs this season.
He has often been left out of the matchday squad or left on the bench as an unused substitute.

He has also faced competition from the likes of Sfiso Hlanti, Edmilson Dove, and Reeve Frosler in the left fullback position.
Looking For A New Challenge
According to Soccer Laduma source close to the player, Mashiane is unhappy with his situation at Chiefs and wants to move to another club where he can play more regularly.
However, his move will depend on whether he can impress interim coach Calvin Johnson, who took over from Molefi Ntseki after he resigned last month.
Chiefs Eyeing Basadien
Meanwhile, Chiefs are reportedly interested in signing Stellenbosch FC left-back Fawaaz Basadien.
He is also versatile enough to play as a winger or a midfielder.
Chiefs have already made contact with Stellenbosch over Basadien’s availability.
