Three PSL show interest in the Kaizer Chiefs Football Club legendary central defender Eric Mathoho.
Mathoho’s 11-year stay at Phefeni, Naturena is ending, and three PSL clubs have already shown interest in his services.
Supersport United, TS Galaxy, and Sekhukhune United are showing interest in the veteran defender who is in his latter part of his career.
Goal SA journalist Austin Ditlhobolo reveals that TS Galaxy w, ich is owned by Mathoho’s former agent, Tim Sukazi, Gavin Hunt led Supersport, and the ambitious Sekhukhune are the three clubs likely to battle for Mathoho.
Mathoho first joined Chiefs back in July 2012 as a 22-year-old from Bloemfontein Celtic and quickly became one of the club’s loved players.
The 33-year-old leaves Chiefs after playing 259 official matches scoring 26 and winning four trophies during that period.
However, his agent, Michaels Basia, seems to be working on finding a club for her client.
Yesterday, she was spotted with Mathoho in Naturena during the defenders farewell party at the club.
Basia is an agent for other Chiefs central defenders facing uncertain times at the club, Njabulo Ngcobo and Austin Dube.
