Three Kaizer Chiefs players are likely to leave the club before the current transfer window closes late next month.

Amakhosi have already parted ways with six players after Sabelo Radebe, Edmilson Dove, Ranga Chivaviro, Mduduzi Mdantsane, Bongani Sam, and Edson Castillo all left the club ahed of the 2025-2026 season.
Having added the seventh player by signing Asanele Velebayi and with a few more signings expected to come in, the club’s hierarchy alongside the coaching staff are looking to offload a couple of players before the transfer window closes.
After the arrival of Siphesihle Ndlovu, Ethan Chislett, and the promotion of Thulani Mabaso, Samkelo Zwane went down further in the pecking order for the central middlefielder’s positions.
The 23-year-old is likely to be sent out on loan, or he might be sent to the club’s reserve side for game time alongside Donay Jansen.
Jansen had an unsuccessful loan stint at SuperSport United last season, and he is not in the club’s head coach Nasreddine Nabi’s plans for the season, which see him being sent out on loan or return to the reserve side.
While the duo’s futures are still at Naturena despite links with loan moves, Happy Mashiane is facing uncertain times at the club.
The 27-year-old has struggled for game time the last couple of seasons, and he is expected to leave the club either on a loan basis or permanently.
He is currently behind new signings Nkanyiso Shinga and Paseka Mako, Bradley Cross, and even Aden McCarthy and Rushwin Dortley in the left back position, making his future at the club uncertain.
Other Kaizer Chiefs players like Manqoba Ozoemena and Xolani Cossa are also linked with moves away from the club.
