Orlando Pirates Football Club star attacker Thembinkosi Lorch travels to Spain with his teammates and technical team.
Thembinkosi Lorch was found guilty for assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm by the Randburg Magistrates’ Court early last month.

The Pirates star violently attacked his then girlfriend Fundiswa Mathithibala back on September 6th, 2020, at his place in Midrand.
This led to his subsequent arrest the following day before being released on a R2000 bail the same day.
Nearly three years since the case was opened, the 29-year-old was found guilty and will be sentenced on the 28th of July 2023.

Despite having the court case hovering over his head, Lorch reported for pre-season alongside his teammates towards the end of June 2023 at the High Performance Centre in Tshwane.

Followed quickly by a week in Rustenburg, North West, which ended this past Sunday, the 8th of July 2023.
Their second last pre-season saw the team travel to Marbella, Spain, where they will spend almost two weeks from the 9th of July to the 20th.
THEMBINKOSI LORCH TRAVELS TO SPAIN!
Many football lovers in the country were unsure of whether the club would be able to take one of their superstars to Spain.
As his sentencing is just less than a month away.
However, their fears were quickly diminished, as Lorch travelled with the rest of his teammates to Spain for pre-season.

Lorch will look to play part in the three matches Pirates will play in Malaga, Spain.
The Buccaneers will take on Israeli giants, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Independiente Del Valle, and UD Las Palmas before returning home.
Meanwhile, Lorch is expected to return to court on the 28th of July 2023 for his sentencing.
