Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Rhulani Mokwena is set to stay as the club’s head coach despite interest from big African clubs.
Masandawana can enjoy the off-season knowing that their tactician is staying at the club beyond the recently ended season.
The 2022/2023 Dstv Premiership Coach of the Season assured Sundowns faithful that he is staying despite interests from big clubs in the continent.
Mokwena recently guided Sundowns to its 13th league crown, a record sixth in row.

While also bowing out in the semifinals of the CAF Champions League after an aggregate loss to Wydad AC.
However, the 36-year-old’s agent, Steve Kapeluschnik, recently revealed that North African giants like Zamalek are interested in his client’s services.
But Mokwena promised to stay and continue to lead Sundowns as the head coach.
The club is said to be looking to offer the former Orlando Pirates coach a new deal.
That will see him stay at the club beyond his current contract, which ends at the end of June 2024.
