They are struggling with injury knocks that could see them miss the opening fixture of the season against Chippa United.
RANGA CHIVAVIRO BACK IN TRAINING!
After missing the club’s last two televised matches against Young Africans in Tanzania and Township Rollers in Botswana, Chivaviro is major doubt for the league opener.
The club confirmed ahead of Rollers’ game that the 30-year-old is carrying a knock, and he is working on it.
The former Marumo Gallants attacker was spotted training with his new Kaizer Chiefs teammates yesterday at Naturena.
Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana, who is also in line to face the Chili Boys, trained with the squad ahead of the match.
Chiefs takes on Chippa at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, this Sunday, the 6th of August 2023.
The kick-off of the match is at 3 pm South African time and will be televised on Dstv channel 202(Supersport PSL) for South African viewers.
