Orlando Pirates show interest in Mamelodi Sundowns star Lesedi Kapinga.
Orlando Pirates show interest in fringe Mamelodi Sundowns star middlefielder Lesedi Kapinga.
Kapinga is one of many players expected to leave Chlorkoop before the start of 2023/2024 after another tough season at the club.
One of the clubs that is interested in prying the player away from Sundowns is said to be Pirates.
The Mayfair based club inquired about the possibility of signing the former Black Leopards star.

However, the Brazilians are more keen to send Kapinga out on loan than to sell him to direct rivals.
Amazulu FC and Supersport United are interested in bringing in the player on loan.
But Kapinga is still likely to move to Pirates because Sundowns is also interested in Pirates player Vincent Pule.
The two clubs could take the swap deal instead of involving any money in the deal, including these two players.
Given that they are not playing for their respective clubs, it is likely that deal could go through.
