Orlando Pirates is alleged to be on the brink to offer a middlefielder new contract deal.
The Buccaneers are looking to cement their central middlefield by ensuring that one of their players in that position stay beyond his current deal.
How He Joined Pirates
After losing the 2022 MTN8 final to Pirates, Makhehleni Makhaula joined The Sea Robbers on a free transfer from Amazulu Fc.

Life At The Club
The 33-year-old’s life at the club has been a rollercoaster ride, as in 14 matches he has played in the 10 months he has been at the club he has won two trophies(MTN8 and Nedbank Cup).
Offered a New Deal
His current contract at the club is ending this season, and he is said to set to receive a new contract offer according to The Citizen source.
The club’s head coach, Jose Riveiro, is said to be happy with Makhaula’s work rate and is looking to keep him at the club beyond the current season.
