One of the players expected to leave is Azola Matrose, as the youngster is poised to return to Chippa United on loan.
The 20-year-old joined Pirates ahead of last season from Chippa but was loaned back due to his educational commitments.
Mazola is currently doing his matric, and it was clear earlier that he would return to Chippa so that he could complete his studies.

According to Goal SA journalist Austin Ditlhobolo, Mazola will stay at Pirates this season.
He will also continue his matric studies online, as he is set to be part of the Pirates team this season.
Meanwhile, the youngster will wear the jersey number 24 after the club earlier made a mistake on their website.
The South African youth international was noted to wear the legendary number 10 jersey but was quickly changed.
He is in line to feature for the club against Stellenbosch FC next Saturday, the 5th of August.
