Orlando Pirates fan Thami Ramaila Mashele accuses arch-rivals Kaizer Chiefs of witchcraft after Amakhosi 2-0 victory over Stellenbosch in Cape Town.

At the back of Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates dropping points in their first matches of the season, Chiefs managed to walk away with a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Stellies after goals from Nkosingiphile Ngcobo and Glody Lilepo.
During the tightly contested match, the hosts came close to scoring on multiple occasions, especially in the first half, where they hit the post on two occasions.
Something that the Orlando Pirates fan, Thami mentioned on the fans show, called AmaFans Wethu.
While stating that the Naturena-based club was under-siege for the first 30 minutes despite taking the early lead, Ramaila Mashele stated that Chiefs survived the siege due to investing heavily in chemical engineering during the off-season.
“The first 30 minutes or so, Kaizer Chiefs was under-siege. It was like we were watching a repetition of highlights the way these guys were coming,” Thami stated on AmaFans Wethu.
“As much as the faculty of engineering, and I can tell there tell you this without any shadow of a doubt, they have really overworked.
“I think Kaizer Chiefs off-season they really invested so much in the faculty of chemical engineering.
“You can tell, and that’s a fact. Those are facts, like definite facts.”
Chiefs will next host Polokwane City at FNB Stadium this upcoming Wednesday in the second matchday of the 2025-2026 Betway Premiership season.
