But the two parties could not agree on terms, and the club decided to take a different route.

Amakhosi decided to move Molefi Ntseki from his position as the club’s Head of Technical to head coach.

Meanwhile, the club demoted Arthur Zwane back to his former position assistant coach alongside Dillion Sheppard.

The Tunisian tactician wasted no time in looking to seal his next move.

He is the latest top African coach to apply for the vacant AS FAR Rabat’s coaching job after being snubbed by Chiefs.

The Morrocan side is currently without a head coach after sacking Fernando Da Cruz after string of poor results.

Mohamed Asiz Samadi and Houcine Ammouta took charge of the side until the end of the season after the sacking of Da Cruz.

Coming of the back to back treble, Nabi brings a wealth of winning experience, as well as African experience.

He reached the final of the CAF Confederation Cup with Yanga this past season.

His credentials make him the favourite to land the job.

But he faces competition from different coaches from Africa and abroad.
