Orlando Pirates star attacker Monnapuleng Saleng is poised to join Pitso Mosimane in the United Arab Emirates(UAE).
Monnapuleng Saleng attracts interest from overseas clubs after fantastic 2022/2023 season.
Pirates attacker scored 15 goals and 11 assists in 30 games across all competitions to help his club lift two trophies.
Helping Pirates to win the MTN8 and Nedbank Cup.
Saleng won individual awards at the end of the season.
He was named the MTN8 Last Men Standing and Dstv Premiership Players’ Player of the Season.
But the awards were not short of controversy, as many feel he should have won the PSL Footballer of the Season Award.
The award was won by Mamelodi Sundowns central middlefielder Tebogo Mokoena.
Saleng’s performance last season brought interest from overseas.
UAE giants Al Nasr Football Club officially contacts Pirates for the services of former Orbit College Football Club star.
Al Nasr is said to be looking to pay just above Saleng’s market value for his services.
