Kaizer Chiefs starlet Mfundo Vilakazi sends a message to Mamelodi Sundowns starlet Siyabonga Mabena.

Mabena is currently out injured after suffering an Anterior Cruciate Ligament(ACL) injury earlier this season, ruling him out for the remainder of the 2024-2025 season.

Having been given the green light to return to light training, the youngster today turns 18, which a handful of fellow football players took to various social media platforms to send messages of best wishes to the attacker.

One of the fellow professionals who sent the youngster well wishes messages is Chiefs attacker Mfundo Vilakazi.

Obrigado, who is Mabena’s teammate in the South African under-20 side, took to his Instagram story to wish Mabena a happy and prosperous birthday.

“More life more blessings, Neymar,” Vilakazi stated on his Instagram story.

“Frostana njaka(I love you, my friend).”

Meanwhile, Mabena’s fellow teammates at Sundowns, like the legendary Themba Zwane, Neo Maema, Kutlwano Letlhaku, and the club itself, sent best wishes message to the player as well.

However, despite the best wishes, Mabena is set to miss the upcoming CAF under-20 AFCON tournament through an injury and is expected to return to action next season.
