Mamelodi Sundowns striker Thabang Sibanyoni is set to join Betway Premiership struggles Magesi FC.

Having spent the first half of the season at another struggling Betway Premiership side, Richards Bay, the former Supersport United and University of Pretoria FC loanee is set to spend the rest of the season away from his parent club, Mamelodi Sundowns.
The South African international was released by Natal Richboyz during the festive season after poor return in front of goals during his short stint at the club.
Despite his shortcomings in front of goals, new Magesi FC head coach Owen Da Gama is set to bring in the South African international to bolster his attack that consists of another former Sundowns striker, Gift Motupa, as the Limpopo-based club continues to fight the relegation battle.

Sibanyoni is set to join former Orlando Pirates and Golden Arrows middlefielder Ntsako Makhubela and Mcedi Vandala in joining the 2024 Carling Knockout Cup champions.
Meanwhile, the club is poised to add a few names into their squad before the transfer window market closes later next weekend, as they continue to look to avoid relegation at the end of the season.
