He was left frustrated and handed in transfer requests on two separate occasions, the latest coming few days ago.

However, Masandawana triggered an option to extend Kapinga’s stay at the club earlier this month.
His contract was supposed to end later this month, but the club exercised the option to extend it for further two seasons.
Kapinga is now contracted to Sundowns until the end of the 2024/2025 season.

But even still, the Buccaneers are going after the tricky attacker.
According to our sources, Kapinga agreed on personal terms with the Mayfair based giants.
Even though Pirates is not looking to spend big on the player, Sundowns value the player around R10 million.
But Pirates is hopeful of a quick resolution to the deal before the start of pre-season.
