Despite being linked with several players across the globe, Mamelodi Sundowns is set to complete their second signing ahead of the 2023/2024 season.
Stellenbosch FC star attacker Junior Mendieta is set to complete his multi-million four-year to Chlorkoop during the current transfer market.
Sundowns is reported to have paid around R10 million for Argentinean maestro beating both Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates to the signing of the player.

The 29-year-old spent his off-season holidays in his homeland of Argentina.
He said goodbye to his former side, Stellenbosch FC, while in his native country.

Mendieta is expected to arrive in Chlorkoop today to do part of the shoot that will be in his introduction as a Mamelodi Sundowns player.
His official announcements will follow next week before he joins his new teammates for pre-season.
He is likely to be followed by fellow South American player Lucas Ribeiro Costa from Belgian side SK Bereven.
