Mamelodi Sundowns makes a huge announcement for their CAF Champions League quarterfinal first leg clash against Esperance Sportive de Tunis.

Ahead of last season’s semifinal replay between the Brazilians and the Tunisian side, Sundowns made a huge announcement to the club’s faithful.
The club took to its various social media pages to announce that their home leg of the quarterfinal clash will see fans who are wearing the club’s colours get free entry into the stadium.

“It’s the Masandawana April Fools Special – and no, this isn’t a prank,” the club stated.
“We’re opening the gates for FREE as we face Esperance in the #TotalEnergiesCAFCL!”
Sundowns will host Esperance at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria this upcoming Saturday, with kick-off of the match set for 3 pm South African time.
The return leg of the match will be played a week later in Tunisia.
