Mamelodi Sundowns is reportedly close to landing the club’s first signing for next season.

With the Brazilians head coach Miguel Cardoso looking trim and reshape his squad ahead of next season, Sundowns have enquired about the services of Mcedi Vandala, who is currently on loan at Magesi FC from Sekhukhune United according to Soccer Laduma.

The publication reports that the 29-year-old’s agent Ratshibvumo Mulovhedzi has confirmed receiving an inquiry from the league defending champions Sundowns about the player’s availability.
“I can confirm that Sundowns are one of the clubs that have shown interest in his services,” Mulovhedzi told Soccer Laduma.
“I have had talking with the club, but I have directed all the inquiries to Sekhukhune United, who are the player’s employers.”
Meanwhile, the report reaching us is that Sundowns have started negotiations for the player with Babina Noko and are close to reaching an agreement for the attacker.
Vandala has been an important player for Magesi since joining the club back in January on loan from their province rivals.
He has registered two goals and an assist since January with the two goals winning six points for the club.
