One of the legendary former Orlando Pirates Football Club fans is reported to be eyeing a return to the club.
Back in November 2021, one of South Africa’s top football personnel, Joy “Mama Joy” Chauke, left Orlando Pirates after 30 years to join Royal Andile Mpisane FC.
Mama Joy was one of the long-time Pirates supporters who have supported the club for years through thick and thin.
But after three decades as a Houghton based giants supporter, the veteran South African football fanatic left the club for a newly formed Royal AM.
Mama Joy stated back then that her reason for leaving Pirates was because she wanted to support another woman in the world of football.

MAMA JOY HEADING BACK TO ORLANDO PIRATES?
According to Rushsporton sources, Mama Joy wants to return to Pirates, as she is no longer getting paid.
The publication further went on to say that the legendary supporter does no longer want to be used by Royal AM boss Dr Shauwn Mkhize and SAFA president Dr Danny Jordan in their fight against Dr Irvin Khoza.
Meanwhile, the club is said to be in a conversation with the legendary Jomo Sono over the number 10 jersey.
The club is reported to look to hand the young attacking middlefielder, Relebohile Mofokeng, the jersey number.
Whether the youngster will be given the jersey number or not, remains to be seen.
