Cape Town Spurs FC youngsters Asanele Velebayi and Luke Baartman warned amid Kaizer Chiefs links that see their futures unclear.

The duo is currently uncertain of where they will play next season after Spurs took both Chiefs and AmaZulu FC to the Premier Soccer League Disciplinary Resolution Chamber(PSL DRC) after the two clubs signed them and their teammate, Liam Bern upon the club’s relegation to the amateur level.
While the PSL DRC is still going through the case, former now-defunct Ajax Cape Town FC star attacker Mkhanyiseli Siwahla has warned Baartman and Velebayi about taking wrong advice while also blaming agents for the uncertainty the youngsters found themselves in.
Speaking to KickOff, Siwahla emphasised the importance of the youngsters respecting the club that groomed them to players they are today, as well as warning them about how agents care about them we they are on top of their games.
He further went on to highlight how the agents are the problem in this issue, as they failed to respect Spurs and how they were also in contact with Chiefs to discuss the deals.
In closing, Siwahla emphasised that communications between all parties, especially from the agents’ side, need to improve when it comes to selling players going forward.
