Kaizer Chiefs is in its ninth year without lifting a trophy.
The last time the club lifted a trophy coming back in 2014.
Forcing the club’s hand to look heavily into the market to try and end the long trophyless run.
So far, the club has announced two of the supposed seven players they have reportedly signed.
Vicky Mkhawana from the club’s reserve team and Thatayaone Ditlhokwe from Supersport United are the only players the club has officially announced ahead of the new season.
However, multiple publications around the country have, in the last few weeks, announced the players the club has allegedly signed.
The likes of Ranga Chivaviro, Given Msimango, Mduduzi Mdantsane, Daniel Edson Castillo Garcia, and Pule Mmodi are the players said to have joined the club ahead of next season.
But Chiefs is yet to announce the players, but one of the big publications reported the date the club might unveil the new players.
According to Farpost, Amakhosi will unveil the new players on the 1st of July 2023.

Meanwhile, the club is expected to partways with a few players before the beginning of the new season.
So far, three players have left the Phefeni Glamour Boys.
