Kaizer Chiefs is linked with a possible transfer of an R9 million worth international striker, as the club continues to rebuild under Nasreddine Nabi.

Upon his arrival at Chiefs towards the start of the current campaign, Nabi has been looking to add a goal scoring striker to his squad due to the struggles the club’s strikers have had in front of goals.

An ordeal that has seemingly forced the club to look to bring another striker ahead of next season despite signing Tashreeq Morris in the January transfer window.
According to Soccer Laduma, Chiefs selling Thatayaone Ditlhokwe to Libyan giants Al Ittihad could facilitate the club landing their long-time target, Tumisang Orebonye.
“Chiefs wanted Orebonye from AS FAR but could not get him, and its believed that they apparently discussed with the Libyan side on how the sale of Ditlhokwe could land them Orebonye,” the publication stated.
“So that’s the situation how Chiefs could get Orebonye. They had to sacrifice a defender to get a striker.”
