Kaizer Chiefs receives a triple boost ahead of the club’s Betway Premiership match against Polokwane City at FNB Stadium on Wednesday evening.

Amakhosi went into their first match of the season without a handful of players due to injuries, suspension, player registration, and players awaiting international clearance.
Ahead of the club’s second match of the season at FNB Stadium against Polokwane City, Chiefs’ second assistant coach Cedric Kaze provided an update on the availability of the players they missed during the 2-0 victory over Stellenbosch FC this past Sunday.
Kaze told the media at Naturena that Paseka Mako, who broke his hand upon joining the club that led player missing the Netherlands pre-season camp, and also clashes against Asante Kotoko and Stellenbosch FC, has returned and will be available to face City on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, new signing Ethan Chislett will also be available for selection after obtaining his South African passport, meaning he could be registered as a local player, while his teammates Flàvio Silva and Nkanyiso Shinga are still out as they are still awaiting their international clearances.
Chiefs will also have Pule Mmodi back from suspension, as the game against Stellies was the last of his two game he was supposed to miss due to a red card he received last season in the penultimate game of the league against Sekhukhune United.
