Kaizer Chiefs Football Club fans in Limpopo give Eric Mathoho a proper farewell.
After 11 years at the Naturena based club, Mathoho and Chiefs decided to partways, going into the season 2023/2024.
The 33-year-old lanky defender joined Amakhosi back in July 2012 from Bloemfontein Celtic Football Club.
During his time at Chiefs, Mathoho was a fan favourite with a host of Chiefs fans showing love and affection towards the player.
However, his last days at the club were filled with injuries and lack of game time under head coach Arthur Zwane.

The South African international leaves Chiefs having played over 200 games for the club, winning four trophies.
While the club gave Mathoho a farewell a few weeks ago, fans in Limpopo decided to do the same as well.
They hosted Mathoho’s farewell party at the Elias Nefale Eco Estate in Makhado, Venda, in Limpopo yesterday.
To honour the player’s services to the club and also wish him well in his career going forward.
The Limpopo born player is not short of suitors, with TS Galaxy, Sekhukhune United among clubs interested in him.
