Kaizer Chiefs Football Club beat the University of Pretoria Football Club four times in a day.

The University of Pretoria hosted Kaizer Chiefs in the matchday 19 of the 2023 Gauteng Development League(GDL).

The under-13, 15, 17, and 19 sides of the two sides were expected to rub shoulders to see who would end the day on top.

KAIZER CHIEFS VS TUKS – UNDER-13s!

First to take to the pitch were the under-13s, and Amakhosi showed why they were leading the table.

In a tightly contested match, they managed to walk away with a narrow 1-0 victory to extend their lead on the table.

They are now 10 points ahead of Mamelodi Sundowns with 53 points after 19 matches, but the Brazilians have three games in hand.

UNDER-15s!

Next to follow was the under-15 match, and again, Chiefs managed to walk away with all three points.

They thumped Tuks 4-1 to remain top of the table with 35 points after 16 matches.

Six points ahead of Supersport United in second who has also played 16 matches.

UNDER-17s!

The Phefeni Glamour Boys continued their good start to the day, as the under-17 side also managed a 4-1 victory.

The victory sees them move to the second two points behind Supersport with 40 points, having played a game extra.

UNDER-19s!

Chiefs completed a cleansweep of victories with a 2-0 victory in the under-19s match.

The victory sees them move four points behind Sundowns in first with 34 points after 16 matches.

Meanwhile, Sundowns have played a game less, and they are expected to complete this weekend’s proceedings.

Meanwhile, the club’s senior team is set to play TS Galaxy later today in a Dstv Premiership match.

Kick off is set for 3 pm South African time and will be televised live on Dstv Channel 202(Supersport PSL).
