The Colombian striker joined Amakhosi on a season-long loan from Real Santa Cruz in August, but he has failed to impress at Naturena.
According to Soccer Laduma, Chiefs are unhappy with Gonzalez Palacios’ performance and may look to send him back to his parent club in the next transfer window.
The 24-year-old has not scored or assisted a single goal in six appearances for Chiefs in all competitions.
Struggling To Adapt
Gonzalez Palacios arrived at Chiefs with high expectations after scoring eight goals in 16 matches for Real Santa Cruz in the Bolivian league.
However, he has struggled to adapt to South African football.
The lanky forward has often looked isolated and out of sync with his teammates, and has missed some clear-cut chances in front of goal.
