Mamelodi Sundowns completes another blockbuster signing by signing a South African international.

With the 2025 CAF Women’s Champions League COSAFA zone qualifiers upon us, Sundowns has bolstered their squad with the acquisition of one the standout performers in the Hollywoodbets Super League.
Yesterday, the Brazilians Ladies announced the signing of South African international Ronnel Donnelly from the University of Western Cape FC.
The 21-year-old joins the HSL defending champions after impressive outings with the national team during the recently ended 2024 CAF Women’s African Cup of Nations in Morocco.
She netted a single goal in five matches where he came in as a substitute in all five matches and will look to continue her form when Sundowns takes part in the CAF Champions League qualifiers later this month.
The Chloorkop-based club finds itself in Group A alongside Ntopwa FC from Malawi, Beauties FC from Namibia, and Zesco Ndola Girls from Zambia in a tournament that has three groups.
The tournament will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa, from the 22nd to the 31st of this month, and the home side is the favourite to win it.
