Kaizer Chiefs is believed to be set to battle arch-rivals, Mamelodi Sundowns, for the services of Bafana Bafana star.

With the 2024-2025 season rapidly heading to an end, both Amakhosi and the Brazilians have started their preparations for the next season, including the upcoming transfer window market.
Their preparations have seemingly put the two clubs against each other, as they are targeting the same player.

Sithole, who is currently out on loan at Gil Vincete from Tondela FC, has seen Chiefs enquire about his services earlier this season, as confirmed by his agent, Michael Thomas.
“In December, yes, we received some calls from the club,” Michael Thomas stated.
Meanwhile, Sundowns have entered the race for the lanky middlefielder after hearing that he is open to returning to the country.
