Kaizer Chiefs coach Molefi Ntseki is alleged to be facing the axe after his team suffered a heartbreaking 1-0 defeat to AmaZulu in the Carling Knockout Cup last 16 on Saturday.
Ntseki’s record at Chiefs
Ntseki took over from Arthur Zwane as the head coach of Chiefs in June 2023, after serving as the head of technical and youth development academy for two years.

He signed a three-year contract with the Soweto giants, hoping to end their eight-year trophy drought.
However, his tenure has been marred by poor results and performances, as Chiefs have only won two of their eight matches in all competitions so far this season.
Chiefs to fire Ntseki?
Speaking on Idiskitv after Chiefs 1-0 defeat to Usuthu, Vilakazi believes Ntseki has coached his last game for Chiefs.
He is likely to be reshuffled in the club’s technical team or be shown the exit door after poor start to life as head coach.
