Benni McCarthy Is Linked With Kaiser Chiefs

The former Orlando Pirates player and Cape Town City coach Benni has been linked with Kaizer Chiefs by Rob.

Following Kaizer Chief’s coaching scandals, several international coaches have been mentioned with possibilities to step in. The club has played two matches without a permanent head coach. This came into effect after Molefi Ntseki was fired at Chiefs within 3 Months of being employed. Ntseki only won few games as a Kaizer Chiefs manager and lost twice to Sundowns.

However, Benni McCarthy’s name was mentioned at This is Football.Africa YouTube podcast. The podcasters were actually having a conversation about the situation going on at Naturena as a whole.

“You can’t sign seven or 8 players a window and you can’t keep on rebuilding the team. You should come to a point that you have been into this for X of years now. You need to be like, these seven are perfect and I need to plug in 3 pieces that are missing. But it’s not like that at chiefs.,” says Rob Moore

Rob Moore also highlighted few things that Pitso Mosemane can offer to Chiefs. He also indicated that Pitso is a top coach. Not forgetting that he has Europe experience. He also started what is going on at Sundowns. However, it would not be easy to get him but it will be great if he does.

He also mentioned that Benni could be a great coach for Chiefs. This is because players would respect him for what he has achieved so far. Not that Benni should leave Manchester United but he is ths best candidate so far.
