Amakhosi is believed to have submitted an offer for the Premier Soccer League(PSL) star as the club continues to rebuild its squad.

The Naturena-based club has identified several positions that the club has to fill ahed of next season, with the leftback position high on the list.
Head coach Nasreddine Nabi and his technical team alongside the club’s hierarchy have identified Stellenbosch FC left fullback Fawaaz Basadien as the perfect signing to fill the void in the position.

After failing to sign the South African international on various occasions, the Naturena-based club has submitted another offer to sign the player, according to Soccer Laduma.
“I believe this is a much better and improved bid. It’s about a player that they really need, and they are giving it everything to sign him,” Soccer Laduma states.
“We all know it won’t be an easy one, as Stellies are the ones in control but Chiefs is determined to sign him and that’s why they are believed to have tabled a new offer which is more appealing.”
The deal is likely to go through this time around, as the two clubs have a good transfer relationship, having seen the likes of Zitha Kwinika, Ashley Du Preez, and Sibongiseni Mthethwa joined Chiefs from Stellies over the years.
