Abha FC head coach Pitso Mosimane and his wife Moira Thlagale drags Rulani Mokwena and Manqoba Mngqithi into their court case against Mamelodi Sundowns.

The Brazilians and Mosimane’s wife agency, Thlagale Sports Marketing and Management, are currently in a court feud with the former demanding that the agency pay back some of the R8 million commission they received from Mosimane’s four-year deal he signed with the club back in 2020.

Jingles resigned the following year and joined Al Ahly SC, which led to Sundowns demanding part of the R8 million commission fee paid to his wife’s agency.
With the court case getting more tense with each passing court day, Mosimane and hiz wife’s attorney team led by Jabu Chanza and Thembeka Ngcukaitobi of Mabuza Attorneys, have subpoenaed both Mokwena and Mngqithi according to Sunday World.
The duo are subpoenaed to appear in Johannesburg High Court to reveal the terms and conditions of their respective contracts.

They are subpoenaed with their agents, Steve Kapeluschnik(Mokwena’s agent) and Mike Makaab(Mngqithi’s agent), to testify about the contracts of their clients.
