Mamelodi Sundowns reportedly offers star middlefielder Teboho Mokoena a new offer after rejecting their initial contract extension offer.

Masandawana’s hierarchy tasked the club’s Technical Director Berg Flemming in tying down the club’s best players before the start of the next season.
After Ronwen Williams signed a new long-term deal, Sundowns were struck a new blow, as Mokoena turned down a new deal after not agreeing with the initial details.
However, less than a week after rejecting a new deal, the club is said to have offered him a new, improved three-year deal, according to Soccer Laduma.
The new deal will see Mokoena stay at the club until the end of the 2027/2028 season should he sign it.
Meanwhile, the club’s captain, Themba Zwane, is set to receive his final contract at the club, as his current contract is set to expire at the end of the season.
However, the club also needs to make a decision on the futures of fringe players like Jody February, Denis Onyango, Reyaad Pieterse, and Sphelele Mkhulise.
